Paul Buccheit, who created Gmail recently took his Twitter to share his opinion regarding the Artificial Tool that could destroy the search engine giant Google within two years.

By Crox Media Desk: Google’s fear of getting ChatGPT is not completely unwarranted. Paul Buccheit, the creator of Gmail recently took his Twitter to share his opinion about the Artificial Intelligence tool and it could destroy Google very soon. Google’s most profitable application search may be soon replaced by Open AI’s tool. Within just a few weeks of its launch after November 2022, ChatGPT amassed millions across the globe. The AI tool is praised for complex problems, marketing pitches, and even qualifying for the toughest exams.
Paul Buccheit, creator of Gmail quoted in a series of tweets, “Google May be only a year or two away from total disruption. AI will eliminate the search engine result page which helps them in making more money. The way I imagine this happening is that the URL/Search bar of the browser gets replaced with AI and the user will be redirected to the website or a product”
On elaborating he said ChatGPT will do to search engines what Google actually did to the yellow pages (that existed before Google come to the shore) and that AI will eliminate the Search Engine Result page, where search engines like Google make most of their business.
Google is now gearing up to introduce more than 20 AI products and is also expected to come up with its own versions of ChatGPT.
