Now it has been reported that Dilip Kumar’s sister has been hospitalized, and the family has been tight-lipped about it. However, according to news reports, she is caring for herself and her nephews. Farida was admitted to the Kokilaben Ambani Hospital last week, as reported by the E-Times.

ETimes reported that Farida has been quite unwell for some time now, and Dilip Kumar’s and Farida’s nephews, Saqib (Mehmood Khan’s grandson) and Imran (Fauzia’s son), have been looking after her. Along with this, Saira Banu is taking care of Dilip’s sister. “They (nephews) are a great source of strength,” the publication quoted. The veteran actress is visiting the hospital quite frequently, even though her own health is not good.
Dilip Kumar’s Demise
On July 7, 2021, a legendary actor died in Mumbai after a long illness. He was 98 years old and last breathed at 7:30 a.m. in Mumbai’s Khar Hinduja Hospital. He is survived by his wife, a veteran actor herself. Dilip Kumar was laid to rest at Juhu Qabarstan in Mumbai’s Santracruz at 5 p.m. on the same day. Maharashtra’s CM, Uddhav Thackrey, said that the last rites of Dilip Kumar will be performed with state honors.
Dilip Kumar was hospitalised twice in June after complaining of breathing problems. After being diagnosed with bilateral effusion and getting the right treatment, Dilip Kumar was discharged on June 11. However, he started facing the same issues on June 30 and later got discharged.
