Zeenat who had an illustrious career in Bollywood made her acting debut. Zeenat recently took to Instagram to share her unseen recent photographs shot by a young female photographer. The actress revealed how often she was the “only woman” on the set in the 1970s. She added she is looking forward to connect with more young women working in the industry today.
While captioning her close-up photograph, the actress wrote, “ In the 70s film and Fashion Industry were absolutely male-dominated and I often used to be the only woman on the set. Over the years I have been captured by some talented young men. A women’s gaze is quite different.
She further added, “This series of photographs are captured by @tanyaa.a at the comfort of her home with no makeup, no hairstylist, no lights. Just a sunny afternoon together. It is such a pleasure to see so many young women working on both sides of the lens today. I look forward to see more such talent on Instagram”
