Kotak Mahindra customers can now leverage the power of UPI transactions using their credit cards. Kotak Customers having a credit card can use their credit card balance to make UPI transactions. This option is currently available only for RuPay credit cards. The Kotak Mahindra Bank may be used with a few UPI apps such as BHIM UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, free charge, and PayZapp.
This means that now Kotak Mahindra Bank clients will be to link their RuPay credit card with specific UPI. You can use UPI in the same way that you use bank accounts to make payments. The money will be debited directly from RuPay Card.
The RuPay Credit Card on the UPI facility was launched last year. At nearby you can now pay by just scanning the QR Code.
Step 1- Open the BHIM App. Click on the linking bank account option.
Step 2: Click on Plus sign and select the add account option. Tap on the credit card option.
Step 3: After selecting the credit card mention the details asked like mobile number and validity of your credit card.
Step 4: Through this, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the OTP and you are ready to go with the registration process
