The Seltos, Sonet, and Carens come with petrol, and diesel turbo engine options.
By CROX Times Desk: The mid-size SUV, the Sonet compact SUV, and the Karens MPV have the lowest maintenance in their respective segments reveals market research company Frost and Sullivan.
According to Frost and Sullivan, the Carmakers i.e. KIA offers the lowest maintenance for petrol variants, delivering over 17% of the average industry savings. The diesel variants head the table when it comes to low maintenance costs which the company doesn’t claim. In the overall TCO, the sector follows all the top performers, securing the second-best for its diesel variant and the third-best for its petrol variant.
The KIA Carens depicts the lowest maintenance cost for both petrol and diesel variants by 21% and 26% respectively. Not only that the car features the lowest acquisition cost. Moreover, the Carens closely follows the segment’s top cars in minimizing fuel costs.
Last year, Frost and Sullivan declared the Sonet as the lowest maintenance car in the SUV segment. The seltos is priced at INR 7.99 Lakh to INR 15.69 Lakh (Ex-showroom Price). Meanwhile, the price for KIA Carens goes between INR 10.45 Lakh to INR 19.45 Lakh (Ex-showroom Price)
