The EV car has been crowned as the best performance car at World Car Awards.
By Crox Times Desk: The KIA EV6 won the best performance car award at World Car Award Function beating stiff competition from Nissan Z and Toyota GR Corolla, both are exceptional performance cars. The EV6 GT was chosen from the initial entry list of eight vehicles across the globe.

The jury consisted of 100 distinguished international automotive journalists from 32 countries and selected the winners by them on the basis of their evaluation of each vehicle as a part of their ongoing professional work.
The all-new KIA EV6 GT is based on E-GMP and comes with a dual motor providing 585bhp and 740Nm torque. This enables the car to launch from 0 to 100kmph in just a fraction of 3.5 seconds and at a top speed of 260kmph. The battery is a 77.4kWh unit. The GT is equipped with multiple changes like better brakes, a reinforced body, and an optimized steering response.
