An a-30-year-old Ph.D. student who died being hit by a speeding car near IIT Delhi on Tuesday Night had cracked an Interview in London and was hoping to get a job soon.

By Crox Media Desk: A-30- year-old Ph.D. student, who died after being hit by a speeding car near IIT Delhi on Tuesday Night, had cracked an interview in London and was expected a job there soon.
The deceased Ashraf Nawaz Khan was the only brother among three sisters and his father died of Brain Hemorrhage. Eyes full of dreams, Ashraf wanted to take up family responsibilities after his father’s death.
Dreams Crushed
Ashraf had cracked the job interview in London and was about to throw a party for his friends for the celebration. Unfortunately, he passed away after the accident.
Meanwhile, the aunt of the deceased demanded strict action against the case and said “What’s happening in Delhi? Why are people driving in a Drunk state at Night? The government should consider strict action against in such cases”.
The driver of the car must have drunk, she said.
HIT RUN CASE
The accident took place when Ashraf and Ankur around 11:15 pm were heading towards a restaurant in SDA Market for dinner. An oncoming car rammed into while they were crossing the road near gate number 1.
Ashraf died during on going treatment at Safdarjung Hospital. Ankur who sustained a leg fracture was admitted in Max Saket. Meanwhile, the car was found in abandoned condition some distance away from the scene of the accident.
