Not all Employees will be benefited from this
However, the unlimited time policy is only for employees in the USA. Those who are working on an hourly basis or reside in the USA are excluded from this particular change. The main reason behind this, as stated by the company is that it is offering unlimited time off to hourly workers gets more difficult due to the federal and state wage and hour laws. Employees living in the USA are not included in the policy due to different laws in all countries.
