Maruti has now introduced compact-format Nexa workshops to cater to customers in non-urban centres.
By CROX Times Desk: With a vast network of over 4,500 workshops covering nearly 2,500 cities across the country. Maruti Suzuki India is currently servicing almost two million vehicles every single month as per the senior company official.
Maruti had 4,564 workshops across 2,304 cities on April 1, 2023. By February 1, 2024, the service network expanded to 4,907 workshops including 3,330 Arena Workshops, 402 Nexa Workshops, and authorized service centres, across 2,486 Cities.
The carmaker has also introduced compact-format Nexa Service workshops to cater to customers residing in non-urban centres. As of now, six such facilities have been inaugurated in Ooty (Tamil Nadu), Bankura (West Bengal) Dahod (Gujarat), and Nirmal (Telangana).
Customers can get both arena and Nexa Models serviced at compact-format Nexa Service Workshops. For reference, Maruti Sells like the Ignis, Baleno, CIAZ, Fronx, Jimny, Grand Vitara, and Invicto from its Nexa Dealerships. The Arena Dealerships sell the Alto K10, S-presso, Celerio, Dzire, and Ertiga.
Maruti also provides facilities through Service on Wheels. This was introduced back in 2019 offering doorstep services with more than 400 mobile workshops being operated at present.
