The largest carmaker in the country Maruti Suzuki is all set to announce the prices of its latest SUV Maruti Jimny and deliveries of the off-roading special will began in the second week of June.
By Crox Times Desk: The Maruti Suzuki Jimny has a much better power-to-weight ratio than the Mahindra Thar and just someone is fat. It doesn’t mean he/she is more powerful. This was quoted by Shashank Srivastava, Senior Marketing Executive.
Maruti Suzuki will announce the prices of its SUV and will deliver the SUV in the first week of June. Jimny will be a direct competition to Mahindra’s Thar.
With Maruti Eyeing a 25% share in the SUV Market in FY 24. Jimny becomes very important. Among other SUVs offered by the recently launched Fronx, Breeza, and Grand Vitara.
The company’s share in the SUV Market was 25.29% in FY 19. However, the company witnessed a sudden drop to 16.76% in FY 21 and climbed back to the top 10.88% in FY 23.
The Jimny will be sold in its Nexa retail channel. While most of the Nexa Models are available in Sigma, Delta, and Alpha trims, the Jimny has the two top variants i.e. Zeta and Alpha Trims.
