The KIA Sonet Facelift will be unveiled on December 14.
By Crox Times Desk: KIA India shared a teaser of the upcoming facelift model of Sonet providing us the details of the vehicle’s design and adding fresh features, including an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS)
In the past few months, KIA Sonet has witnessed a decline in the past few months. While it clocked sales of over 6,000 units in November 2023, it managed to sell 51000 units during the period from April to November F24.
In comparison TATA Nexon did 14,916 units in November 2023 and 110,778 units in April-November FY24, Maruti Suzuki did Breeza did 13,000 in November 2023, and Hyundai over 11,00 units in November 2023.
The KIA Sonet Facelift’s instrument panel is quite the same as the KIA Seltos Facelift version. Most importantly ADAS feature has been added to this which is already featured in KIA Sonet’s cousin Hyundai Venue.
We are expecting the ADAS feature for the KIA Sonet quite similar to the Hyundai Venue. The car features such as forward collision warning, forward collision avoidance, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, driver attention warning, lane following assist, and high beam assist.
The price of the KIA Sonet Facelift is expected to range from INR 8 Lakh to INR 15 Lakh (Ex-showroom Price). The updated model will be revealed on December 14 with its launch in January 2024.
