Toyota’s newest land cruiser Prodo will be featured in a retro-rugged design.
By Crox Media Desk- Toyota will be revealing the fifth generation Land Cruiser Prado on August 1, 2023. The SUV is going to be unveiled in the United States for the first time. And with the name Land Cruiser, Prado will be sold in the country.
The New Toyota Land Cruiser follows its branded Lexus GX which is newly launched in retro-rugged design. The teaser for the upcoming SUV has been launched and Prado will come with a mesh-type grille with rectangular headlamps. The SUV gets a butch squared design in profile, there are many similarities between the Lexus GX and Land Cruiser Prado however, there are some cosmetic changes.
Toyota had used the same TNGA platform for the New Land Cruiser Prado that underpins Lexus GX. Regarding the powertrains, the company hadn’t announced anything but it is expected to same Lexus GX with hybrid petrol and diesel engines. The New Land Cruiser Prado will make it to the North American Market but will be sold as Land Cruiser. The Carmaker is expected to bring Toyota Land Cruiser to the Indian Market next year.
