Hyundai Creta ruled the Mid-size SUV once again in India in April, followed by Maruti Suzuki’s Grand Vitara and KIA Seltos.
By Crox Times Desk: The Hyundai’s Creta continues to dominate the mid-size segment SUV and continued to become the top seller in April. The car made the top of the list beyond some major competitors such as the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, KIA Seltos, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, and MG Astor.
Hyundai Creta Continued its supremacy
The Hyundai’s Creta in the mid-size SUV Segment continues its dominance. At over 14,186 Units, the Creta was the largest-selling mid-SUV in the last month.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Vs KIA Seltos
The Grand Vitara and the Seltos are in a tough battle to bag this position. In April, Maruti Suzuki posted volumes of over 7.5k Volumes and 7.2k Volumes of the Seltos.
Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder: Not even top three
Being almost identical to the Grand Vitara, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder has failed to match the top in terms of volumes. Toyota’s mid-size SUV clocked sales of 2,616 units last month.
Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun: Not much in demand despite being the safest SUVs.
The Kushaq and the Taigun recorded volumes of over 2,000 Units and over 1,500 units in the month of April.
MG Astor: Right at the Bottom
The Astor has not been able to meet the expectations. In April itself, it had a sale of only 704 Units in the month of April.
