Comet EV: MG aiming to sell over 24,000 units of EV in 2023

The localization of Comet EV is far more than MG ZS EV clicking 50%. 

By Crox Times Desk: With two EVs in the market now. Morris Garages is aiming to clock combined volumes of over 24,000 units as per the senior authority. The popular car maker recently launched Comet EV, after the launch of MG ZS EV. 

The MG Comet starts at INR 7.98 Lakh to INR 9.98 Lakh (Ex-showroom) The Premium MG ZS EV is priced between 22.38 Lakh to INR 27.40 Lakh (Ex-showroom)

MG Commenced its retail operations with 15,930. There has been good growth ever since, with sales of 28,162 Units in 2020 The EV sales of the car maker stood at 1,142 units in 2020. 

This year, MG is looking to enhance its overall volumes including from its electric vehicles MG Comet and MG ZS EV. 

Like every other equipment manufacturer (OEM), MG has also been severely impacted by the semiconductor shortage. When it asked about the current supply situation. 

The electric car is being manufactured at MG’s Halol Facility. And the company is a favorite among buyers when it comes to comfort and luxury.
