The iX1 is the debut EV from the German Luxury carmaker.
By CROX Times Desk: BMW has launched the iX1 electric SUV in India. The price of the BMW iX1 is INR 66.90 Lakh and it is offered in just the xDrive30 variant only. This certainly means that the BMW X1 now can be available in petrol, diesel, and electric powertrains.
Visually, the BMW iX1 resembles the X1 and it is based on the same body and platform. Hence you get the same look, with adaptive LED headlamps with crescent-shaped LED DRLs. The car rides on 18-inch alloy wheels and it is offering M sport trim in India giving it a sportier look, especially in terms of alloys and bumpers.
If we talk about the features of the car, it comes with a BMW Curved display a 10.7-inch infotainment, and a 10.25 instrument cluster all in a single panel. Other key elements include M sport equipment such as steering panel, ambient light, and other sporty elements. BMW iX1 offers the iX1 Harman Kardon 12 speaker audio system, and massage seats for the front passengers. Dual-zone climate zone, and panoramic sunroof.
The car is only available in the iX1 xDrive30 variant. This puts together electric motors, one at each axle. Both of these generate 313bhp and 494NM torque combined and can push the electric SUV from 0 to 100 in just 5.6 seconds and to a top speed of 180kmph.
