Maruti Suzuki Breeza beats the likes of Tata Nexon, Tata Punch, and Hyundai Creta emerging as the best-selling SUV in India in February.
By Crox Times Desk: The Six-best selling cars in the country in February were from the country’s Largest Passenger Vehicle Manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki India. The models in the current list include Baleno, Swift, Alto, WagonR, Dzire, and Breeza.
Among the best-selling cars during the month were four SUVs- Breeza, Nexon, Punch, and Creta. The SUV Segment now holds 42% of the PV market.
Best Selling SUVs in February
Hatchbacks Dominate once again
According to a few resources, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno was the top-selling model in the month of February with over 18k units sold across the country. The Maruti Suzuki Alto was not lagging behind at 18,114 Units. The popular Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Chipped with 16,889.
Solidary Sedan
There was only one sedan in the Top 10, and it was Dzire from Maruti Suzuki At 16,798 units, the Dzire kept the Maruti in flying colors.
SUVs Enter
The Maruti Suzuki Breeza led the list of the SUV charge, flying ahead of Tata Nexon, Tata Punch, and Hyundai Creta. It generated sales of 15,787 units.
SUVs Complete List
In no time, the Tata Punch become the most selling SUV in India. The momentum Continued in February with over 11,169 units. Then after that the most popular mid-size SUV in India, none other than the Hyundai Creta, with a Volume of 10,421.
