The Union government is going to present the union budget on February 1 and there is a strong call for continued support towards sustainable development along with accelerated growth.

“To promote the adoption of EV lead delivery services, a reduction in GST For EV services from 18% to 5% is quite imperative. While EV purchases enjoy a 5% GST rate as compared to 28% for Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles, a similar distinction must extend to services.
